Jeremy is the hands-on Group CEO and co-founder of Intechnica and Netacea, with 20 years’ experience in all aspects of technology spanning software development, hardware and networking. After successfully securing Intechnica’s seed investment in April 2017, Jeremy now focuses on the strategic development of Intechnica and Netacea.

Jeremy Gidlow

Andy is a pioneer of digital performance for online systems, having authored several books on computing and web performance, application development and non-human web traffic. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the technical direction for Netacea’s products, as well as providing consultancy and thought leadership to clients.

Victoria specializes in the strategic development and growth of technology businesses, with previous roles including COO at the world-leading software company Piriform, the makers of CCleaner, and corporate finance/M&A lawyer at Squire Patton Boggs. Victoria is making incremental strides driving the organization to be effective and efficient, increasing value and decreasing risk.

Victoria Dimmick

Chief Operating Officer
Sarah joined the group in 2019 following five years working as CFO for technology services company RedEye International. Her previous experience also includes leading investment processes and corporate development projects at Private Equity backed businesses. Before that, she spent 10 years at PWC in Manchester, predominantly advising on M&A, working with local businesses and the Private Equity community.

Sarah Wilkinson

With over 25 years’ experience in technology sales across Managed Services and SaaS companies including BT, then MDNX Group and Essensys, Joe takes ownership of customer acquisition, growth and retention at Netacea. Joining in 2019, he has built the sales and marketing teams, which have delivered record revenue growth throughout 2020.

Andy has worked in IT Services and Operations for 20 years, 8 of which with Intechnica and Netacea. He has been part of Netacea since its inception and is currently Head of Operations, overseeing the technical platform, implementation, and Bot Expert teams.

Andy Ash

Head of Operations
Matthew is an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence professional with an MPhil from the University of Oxford. In his current role at Netacea, he researches and investigates the impact of malicious bots on online businesses and their customers.

Matthew Gracey-McMinn

Head of Threat Research
Josh has 13 years’ experience working in various marketing and communications roles across enterprise software and utilities in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Netacea in 2021, Josh worked in the Salesforce eco-system as well as building and leading growth marketing teams for a number early stage B2B tech start-ups. Josh is responsible for demand generation and group marketing strategy at Netacea.

Josh Bradley

Marketing Director
Lizzy has been at Netacea since 2017, and runs the bot expert, data analysis and customer success functions within the business. She and her team are responsible for keeping customers happy, and for providing the managed detection and protection that is a key differentiator in the Netacea bot management service.

Lizzy Eccles

Service Delivery Manager
Tammie has worked in HR within the technology sector for 10 years, including 5 years with IBM where she was instrumental in building and scaling their client innovation centers across 5 locations. Her current responsibility is to deliver workforce growth, implementing key structures, design and education to ensure the success of Intechnica and Netacea as we scale our business.

Tammie Ramskill

Human Resources Director
Mark completed his PhD at Cardiff University, where he used Text Mining and Machine Learning to automate analyzing patient stories of chronic illness shared through social media. He joined Netacea in 2016 to apply machine learning to bot detection. As Chief Technical Architect, Mark helps drive the technical vision for our platform working closely with the development and data science teams.

Dr Mark Greenwood

Chief Technical Architect
Tom joined Intechnica in 2012 and has been instrumental in the sales growth of Netacea since its inception. He works closely with Netacea's eCommerce customers, Product and Threat Research teams to drive industry research, thought leadership and knowledge sharing. Tom’s focus is to ensure Netacea and our customers stay ahead of emerging bot threats and share this knowledge with the wider community.

Thomas Platt

Head of Sales
For the past 20 years, Pete has been leading enterprise sales teams focused on selling full IT stack solutions, with the past 10 years dedicated to security and cutting-edge cloud technologies. Pete brings experience from both a large company and start-up background, having served at AT&T, FT Orange, Dell Technologies, Deft, and Kentik. In his role at Netacea, Pete leads North American go-to-market sales and is rapidly expanding our US industry presence.

Peter Berg

SVP of US Sales
Kirk is an industry veteran and executive leader with over 20 years of experience in sales and channel leadership. He is currently leading and building Netacea’s world class partner organization. His previous experience includes executive positions at enterprises such as Akamai, IPR International, QTS Realty Trust, Nautilus Data Technologies, Cable & Wireless, Digital Island and Sandpiper Networks.

Kirk Horton

VP of Partners and Channel
Rupert specializes in strategy and corporate development, with 30 years’ experience of technology companies, including 20 years in corporate finance and investment. As well as being an active angel investor, both in the UK and the US, Rupert is currently Chair of Netacea Limited, chairman of the Investment Committee and non-executive Director at BSC VCT PLC, and recently spent two years as Chief Strategy Officer of Immersive Labs Limited, where he remains a non-executive director.

Rupert Cook

Tony is a tech entrepreneur and angel investor based in Manchester. With 25 years of experience in helping to build three ‘Times Tech-Track 100’ featured companies (Vistorm, AppSense and Avecto), he is well positioned to advise the Netacea leadership team on growth strategies, international sales and raising capital.
